Job Description
We are looking for someone with hand bender and bench bender proficiency. Must be able to read schematics and layout fluid power systems for machine controls.
What You'll Be Doing
- Measures, cuts, bends and attaches tubing and piping to the mechanical components of tooling equipment to meet the requirements of the prints
- Read air logic and advanced pneumatic prints and diagrams
- Debug and commission pneumatic tooling
- Use and care of pipe fitting tools
- Labeling parts and components being used
- Pneumatic and electrical connections and assemblies
- Reading electrical and pneumatic diagrams
- Pipe Fitting
- Pneumatics and electrical functions
- Tools used for pneumatic and electrical connecting and assembly
- Reads and annotates electrical and pneumatic diagrams
Requirements
- Formal education and/or equivalent experience in the Tooling Industry including pipe fitting
- Ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams
- Some travel/field service required up to 10%
